Diabetic
Nutrition, Blood
Sugar and Insulin
can be summarized like this:
Imagine
for a moment the floor of a
hotel. On the tenth floor of
this hotel you will find your
body. You will find a
lot of doors and a few hallways.
- The
hallway is your bloodstream
- The
rooms are the cells of your
body
- The
door leads to your room
but there is a lock on the
door or a receptor
- The
bellman is the insulin and
he helps you get into the
room
- Inslulin
helps push the sugar through
the doors.
The problem with type 2 diabetes
is the locks don't work properly.
Those insulin receptors,
small little receptors on the
cell (locks on the door) are
damaged and they don't work
properly. It doesn't matter
how hard the bellman tries to
pry the door open, the sugar can't
get through the door and into
the room.
As
a result you have to much sugar
floating in the hallways with
no place to go.
Doctors
like to treat that sugar with
medication to eliminate the
sugar. However, if we do
not get sugar into the cells
of all the tissue in your body,
proper functioning will not
take place. Your muscles become
weak, you are tired and your
blood sugar levels shoot through
the roof.

We
are going to show
you HOW
TO GET THAT SUGAR
INTO Your
Cells and
reduce your blood
sugar levels
|
Doctors
don't try to get the sugar into
the cells, instead they
try to flush the sugar out of
your system.

Basic nutrients are critical
to a diabetic. I am sure
you have read the medical journals
and found where the scientists
from all over the world tell
us that diabetics are deficient
in a variety of vitamins and
minerals. They go on to
further explain that "diabetics
need to supplement with a good
foundational vitamin and mineral
mix".
Annals of Internal Medicine
published a study in one their journals
discussing diabetics who did not take
a vitamin supplement. 93% of
them had an infectious disease
during the year. Those
who took the vitiman/mineral
supplement only 17% had an infectious
disease (this is one of many
clues that show us that diabetics
effects the immune system).
Infectious disease is defined
as: colds and flu's and
the like.
Specific
Vitamins/Minerals
Electrolites:
(calcium, potasium,
magnesium, sodium)
Electrolyte is a "medical/scientific" term for salts, specifically ions.
The term electrolyte means that this ion is electrically-charged and moves to
either a negative (cathode) or positive (anode) electrode:
Electrolytes are important because they are what your
cells (especially nerve,
heart, muscle) use to maintain voltages across their cell membranes and to carry
electrical impulses (nerve impulses, muscle contractions) across themselves and
to other cells.
Without
electrolytes there are thousands
of biochemical processes that
will not work properly in your
body.
Magnesium:
Will
help restored serum levels as
well as improve insulin sensitivity
and metabolic control. The
human bodies use of glucose
and the bodies ability to use
that sugar (get it into your
cells) are greatly influenced
by magnesium. End result is
sugar will get into your cells
and use it properly without
flushing the sugar out of your
body or allowing it to float
around in your blood stream
creating a major problem for
your pancreas.
Omega
Oils: fish oils
Diabetics
who consumed essential fatty
acids (fish oils), 70% of participants
showed an improvement in insulin
related function. That's amazing.

Killers click here-Omega 3 Oil.
Chromium:
Chromium
is one nutrient that will actually
work with the insulin receptors
on the cells. Chromium will
actually help insulin open the
doors and push the sugar into
the cells.
Chromium has been found to work
well with insulin and allow
the normal process to function
properly.
A
dramatic need for Diatery Cromium
Living
vitamins and minerals something
that has a food base.
Journal
of Nutrition:
department of chemistry in Univ.
of Alabama found:
Chromium
picolate from the hundreds of
companies who produce supplements
are made made substances that
have no food base and are not
from a living vitamin or mineral
food base.
What
happens is the protein chauffer
that is use by chromium is called
(transferent) and it must go
through many other digestion
processes to break down in the
digestive system. The process
will cause many other free radicals
to be produced which can be
potentially damaging.
American
Diabetes Association
released a study in their magazine
that showed the type of chromium
(brewers yeast)
actually improved the blood
sugar levels, insulin sensistivity
and cerum cholesterol and lipid
profiles".
Vanadium
& Molybdenum
Vanadium
mimics insulin and helps to
push sugars in cells. Molybdenum
actually restores glucose metabolism.
Remember
we don't want to flush sugar
out of the body, we want to
use it and get it into our cells.
This will help our body
heal itself, gain energy and
function properly.
Corosolic
Acid
(found in the leaves of the Lagestroemia Speciosa L tree)
Dr. Yamazaki, professor of Pharmaceutical Science, Hiroshima University School
of Medicine, Japan, studied the effects of corosolic acid in relation to its
insulin-like properties. His studies indicate that corosolic acid activates the
transport of glucose across cell membranes, resulting in blood sugar reductions.
His
studies showed: Corosolic
Acid
helped drop the average glucose
levels in diabetic patients
from 280-110. Florida
study showed a 31.9% drop in
blood sugar levels from 160
down to 110 in blood sugar levels.
Corosolic
acid
is a phyto-insulin which actually
works just like insulin and
forces the sugar into the cells.
You
will find when blood sugar levels
are lowered, diabetics are able
to reduce and or eliminate medication
and type 1 diabetics are reducing
the amount of insulin they are
taking. read more

Phaseolomine (derived from the white kidney bean)
It
works by reducing your body's absorbtion of starchy carbohydrates. Since you
absorb fewer calories, you lose weight. Research has also shown
that you burn more fat while taking phaseolomine. Subjects in one study lost 10%
of their body fat in 30 days. Phaseolomine is typically found in carb blocker
products.
When
any person eats carbohydrates
they will consume either simple
or complex. Complex carbs are
time released and our body needs
to use enzymes to break it down
into smaller pieces for proper
absorption into the blood stream.
Simple sugars are absorbed quickly
into the blood stream and cause
a "spike" in the blood
sugar readings. As you can imagine
diabetics should stay away from
simple sugars so you can eliminate
the rush of glucose or sugar
into the blood stream.
Phaseolomine
works during digestion and
it will restrict the enzematic
action which reduces the amount
of blood sugar found in the
blood stream. Phaseolomine
has been found to reduce
up to 85% of the carbohydrate
conversion. That means
it can block the simple sugars
derived from carbohydrates and
allow it to pass out of your
system.
As
a result of allowing the carbohydrates
to burn the blood sugar it cannot
stay in your system long enough
to turn into fat. This
fat is the bad stuff that is
directly related to heart disease and stroke.
Positive
results from Phaseolomine intake:
- weight loss
- less
sugar in the bloodstream
- less fat in
the bloodstream
